We are able to provide reports considering the illnesses of those who have taken ill abroad.
Since we initially began providing these reports we have used our experience to identify areas where the Courts need further clarification and guidance from us.
We understand that this is a complex area with many factors to be considered. We are used to dealing with Part 35 questions and considering and in some cases challenging the views of Consultant Gastroenterologists.
As GP’s we see multiple cases of acute but short-lived gastroenteritis in our surgeries. We are therefore comfortable with identifying and managing those cases without reference to Secondary care.
