Dr Brown has provided medical negligence reports for over 15 years. He understands the legal requirements of producing these reports and is able to provide authoritative reports in General Practice medical negligence.

Reports are usually available within eight weeks of receiving instructions and relevant documentation. Dr Brown has given evidence in medical negligence cases, GMC Professional Misconduct cases and in the Crown Court in criminal cases.

Dr Brown is still a fully practising GP and this coupled with experience as a GMC Performance Assessor and Chairman of the Medical Audit Group gives him the ability to produce balanced logical reports and deal with the relevant issues in a clear and professional manner.
